I have a Linksys WRT54GS wireless router configured as an access point, simply functioning as an extension to the existing wired network. I forget what I set the IP address to, and I can't pick it up using Angry IP Scanner.

How do I figure out what the IP address is? Thanks in advance.

Regards :)

What is your current network address?

Check inside your router under DHCP or DHCP clients (something along those lines). It may be leasing the IP address to the WAP or it may know it's IP address.

You could try an arp -a in a command prompt, or you could pathping or tracert to a public IP address or www.google.com or something, making sure you are connecting through the WAP at the time.

If your network is a Class C, at worst it won't take too long to ping 254 possible IP addresses!
