How do I use with cue & Bin files ?

I just downloaded a software in 7 RAR files & when I extracted them in a folder it gave me 2 files namely .cue & .Bin.

Now I don't know what to do.

I have Sonic CD/DVD writer software.

I burned both files on a DVD using my Sonic Writer but it just gave me the same two files.

I also just downloaded Alcohol 120% but have not installed it or ever used it. Would that help & if yes how ?

I am new to this so please help in little details if you can.

Buy the software instead of illegally downloading it. If you do that, you won`t have any problems.
