How fast is you're internet


Mine is 6mbs on the down and 600kbs on the up

(600kbs, 60kbs) dsl

Can some one correct my poll question to "How fast is you're internet download speed?"

In Japan and have one of the slower internet connections at 12mbs down.

For DSL, there is 8mbs, 12mbs, 26mbs or 50mbs.

Most people are making the jump to fiber optics here though, as the prices have come down. It's about $40 a month for 100mps (both up and down) fiber optic internet. Sweet.

I'm pretty sure that DSL's top speed is 8MB down and 1mb up.


Unless you were reffering to a different type of isp connection.

Woah, you speed demons! I'm only getting 1.5mb down and I really don't know what up. So that's why I keep getting killed in Half Life 2, not because I'm bad or anything. :haha:
