Ok im getting a new mobo and a new cpu with a new video card. Im still gnona use the same 2 harddrives and the same memory.

Tell me step by step how to install everything when your mobo is screwed in.

For example.

1: put your cpu in, put the heatsink and fan on.
2: put your ram in.
3: put your video card in.
4: attach your harddrives and disk drives.
5: attach case lights to mobo.
6: boot and instal windows?
please tell me the order. thanks.

i've had to migrate to a new case and i did everything but install the cpu and heatsink. what you've listed is exactly what i did so it should be ok but it might be easier to plug the case lights before the hard ddrive's etc so that there's not a load of other wires in the way.
otherwise it sounds all good to me

A good tip (in my experience) for upgrading components is if youre getting a new mobo and cpu, you might as well put the cpu and ram in the board before you put the mobo in the case

That way you can do everything properly without cramping your hands.

Other than that you've got a good list there, remember to unplug the power cord and discharge static by touching something metal (PSU works fine)

happy upgrade
