I've built a new box - ASUS P5WD2 - and have two WD SATA 160's I want to run in RAID matrix mode (supported by the m/b chipset).
Do I install XP Pro onto one of them in NON-RAID mode first, or can/do I (with floppy drivers) install XP onto the array itself?
If I install onto one SATA drive in non-RAID mode, will it "automatically" convert the OS to be striped later?
And, since I want to run in matrix mode (2 partitions on each of the 2 drives), how/when do I specify the sizes?
