How to remove Ps guard from my PC I am running Win2K

I have ran adaware and Spybot. The ad-aware detects the program but is unable to remove it. I ran a Hijack this Scan and have enclosed it. Can you take a look at this at let me know what I need to do to remove it. Thanks!
