How to remve Virus.Win32.Delf.ak

Hi!
My comouter seems to be infected by virus.win32.delf.ak. I am using Avast Home Edition as anti-virus software and it doesnt detect this virus. However it is detected by Xsoft-Spy and is removed. But as soon as I reboot the system, the virus reappears. The location is given as "system\currentcontrolset\services\SVKP\Enum" in the registry.
Please help me to remvoe it.

virus.win32.delf.ak is a very nasty trojan downloader and your system is probably infected with other malware as well.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.

Downloaded Trend Micro Pc-cillin antivirus and ran it and then downloaded
trend micro anti-spyware and it removed it(virus.win32.Delf.ak). Tried
everthing else and nothing worked. I thought I was going to have to
reformat.
