HP iPaq rx4240 - Cannot play movie files :(

Hi All,

Can someone please help me with the best file format that would fit into my 2GB SDcard inside my new HP iPaq rx4240?

I donot know of the best compatible video file format and also a way to transfer them to my card.

(I can imagine this could sound like a childs play for most of us here) Please help.
