HP PSC1200 printer settings

I bought a new HP cobo - the PSC 1200. Works fine, however I have not been able to figure out a way where I can print in Grayscale and avoid color usage.

My HP Officejet v40 gives me an option but the 1200 will not! Any help on this?

Look for "Printing images in black and white or with only one print cartridge"

You should be able to select File>>Print, then when the next screen comes up with how many copies, etc. choose preferences, and then look for quality, and color or black. That should do it.

According to HP, there is no grayscale option in this particular driver. Hence their explanation on HP's website.
