HTTP LOP Toolbar Activity - help

Norton keeps popping up with the following message telling me it was blocked, every 5 seconds or so when I'm connected to the internet:

HTTP LOP Toolbar Activity

I've scanned the computer with Spyware Blaster, Super Anti Spyware, HiJack This as well as the NoLop remove tool but nothing seems to have worked.

I've attached the HiJack this log.

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks .
