I am having problems with IE, PLEASE HELP!!

I believe i have ran all of the spy and ad ware programs i could and still have no answer,....My internet explorer keeps displaying a secong browser with this inside, saying it cannot find website,...

What on earth or how can i fix this? Any help would GREATLY be appreciated!!! My log file is attatched to this thread as asked for,...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!

How is simply using Firefox, going to get rid of a malware problem?

If you look at the original HJT log you will see there are some entries that need to be fixed. Hence my advice to read the threads by RBS, before posting a fresh HJT log.
