Hi all :
I bought a new motherboard today . Its a ECS km400-m2/amd xp2800 cpu.
I need to know how i can use my exsisting hard drive 120 gig without formatting. Im running xp corporate edition on a amd K6-II 500 mhrz/GA-5AX motherboard. If any 1 can help I would appreciate it. thnx

while you really should format the drive and perform a clean install, you can install the drive into your new system, boot from the XP CD and choose "repair", this will re-write the OS (with the required files for your new hardware) over the existing installation. That process doesn't always work, but it is your only option if you insist on swapping the drive without formatting
