ok heres the story. i have a windows 2000 computer as a host computer for a cable connection. im using a SBV5120 cable modem from motorola. i am connecting this connection to a Linksys wireless-G broadband router and then connecting a direct line from the router to the computer.
now i have to setup 2 wireless adapters also from Linksys onto 2 desktop computers using windows XP. for some reason the connection will only work for abou 5 minutes and then get completely cut off. the only way i can fix it would be to go to the router and hit the reset button but i dont want to keep doin that for every 5 minutes.. is there any way that i can fix this. maybe theres a problem with using a windows 2000 computer to host the internet?
