i have a question about internet properties

ok i have a question someone told me in order to get the internet working properly again that i needed to reset the internet properties since there is nothing wrong with my modem my question is im fairly new to this all how do i go about doing so??? thx alot in advance if u are able to help me

I'm not sure what you're asking exactly but I'm guessing they want you to empty your cache... Just go to Tools in Internet Explorer and click on Internet Options. Then under the General tab click on "Delete Cookies..." and "Delete Files...".
