I keep getting an ie error when ie is not running

I keep recieving an ie error when ie isn't running. when I click close all the icons on my desk top disappear and then reappear. I have ran all the scans and I couldn't get the rootkits to work ( I kept recieving errors with them) and my avg log turned from a doc to something else so, I am only posting my hjt log and combo fix log. sorry for any inconvience and please help me. Thank you in advance. Srry it's not an ie error it's a windows error but, the problem is the samw.

ok these r the trojans/viruses on my comp. could some1 tell me how to remove them? trojan:win32/agentbypass.gen virus:dos?uncool.24 ty.
