I need a super motherboard!

ok, i need a motherboard with:

- 4 PCI E slots (at least two of them running at x16)
- SLI support
- Dual CPU support
- integrated raid contoller
- 1333mhz FSB

if you find it with at least these features, than it should have everything else i need. form factor and socket type doesnt matter too much, but it will be going in a mid or a full tower.

Why do you need 4 PCI-E slots? And why do you want two at x16 if ur planning to go SLI? x8+x8 has no real performance difference from x16+x16, it's just a merketing gimmick. And a P35 chipset will not support SLI (unless you want to use a hack or two) since it's an Intel chipset and only has official support for Crossfire. And by dual CPUs do you mean two separate CPUs or a dual-core single CPU?
Also, why would socket type not matter? You can't possibly fit, say, a Core 2 Duo chip in a Socket 478 motherboard can you? Please be more clear about what you need so we can help you better.
