I need help something keeps bringing WoW down.

I need help. Something keeps bringing World of Warcraft down while im in the middle of playing it. Awhile after it comes down some update such and such pop up brower pops up. I'm assuming its this spyware window poping up thats minimizing World of Warcraft which SUCKS A LOT. On a side note anything else you see wrong lemme know. Heres my Hijackthis log.

Welcome to techspot

First thing to do is to look up how to post a Hijackthis log your hole log is not showing up.

Make sure your HJT is in its own folder yours is not.It has to be in its own folder in drive "C" not docments settings or temp folder.

Next step is to update your os with all the current updates.

Update your antivirus and run this with all windows closed

Get a good spyware remover progam and update and run this with all windows closed..

Run this program with all windows closed let it do its thing..

After you do all the above repost your HJT log again please you will see a big difference.
