I need HELP:| Sound Problems

Im having problem with the sound on my computer, I have no clue how it went away, When i go to Control Panel, then Sounds & Audio Devices, i cant click on anything at all. How do I get my Sound back? Please help!

Reinstall the drivers for the sound device. This may fix it completely.

Yes that should work.

Heres some drivers to download that may or may not work.
