i think my machine is giving me the flu.

hi there. so it starts like this.
Dreaded BSOD at random intervals, have run various AV scans (Norton with latest def, couldn't detect pskill.exe, ZA did).
I've run Everest to check out diagnostics of machine. No overheating. No errors that I can see.

Here are my logs. Please help.

Since you have McAfee on the machine, can we assume that Norton was an external scan?
