Not a big difference - the 10900 has a maximum clock of 5.2 GHz to the 10700's 4.8 GHz, so where a game's performance is being
entirely limited by the CPU, the 10900 would be up to 8% faster. It has two more cores, but that won't make a difference in most games. But since the 10900 is over $100 more than the 10700, it really isn't worth considering it, especially since you're gaming at 1440p.
