IBM thinkspad error 192

Someone in my class has a IBM thinkpad 600 that is acting funkified. When you boot, it gives you an error 192, youre cursor turns into a bird. I dont have a clue what this is, it doesnt appear to even get to windows. I would take any help, even pointing me in the right direction.

P.S. At that error screnn you need to set the time and date. But the CMOS battery is good?
