Recently I noticed that when I try to open IE, i would get the hour glass for a few seconds, then nothing. I look under the Processes tab of the Task Manager, and I notice that IEXPLORER.EXE is running. But there is not screen.
So i try to open another instance, and nothing. However, under task manager there are two instances of IE running. If I keep trying to open a new instance of IE, at some point, I will get an actual window open.
Has anybody experienced this before? If so how was the issue resolved. Thank you.
