IE Shutdown Error!!

One of my users are receiving this errror when they shutdown IE. "The instruction 0x038a36a6 referenced memory at 0x03911fc0 the memory could not be read." "Runtime error 216 at 038a36a6." Could anyone please help. I am sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.

There was a big error on some users of IE 6.0 and 7.0 in the past two days... caused by a defective Microsoft update download. It is now fixed. You might try to scan for a new update.
But yours sounds like a hardware error.
