Iexplorer.exe using 98-99% of cpu

I have been having problems with iexplorer.exe using 98-99% of cpu on numerous occasions and I am wondering if it is possible that I have some sort of malware running on my machine. Attached is my HJT log. Any insight into what could be causing this problem would be greatly appreciated.
