Hi. I'm new to all of this. I just purchased a laptop yesteray...whopee!!!! I have DSL on my home computer and purchased a Linksys wireless router. It is connected to my home PC & works fine. How can I make my laptop connect to the internet? Any help would be greatly appreciated, and the DUMMIES version would be most appreciated. Thank you all so much!!!!

The dummies version is contained in your Linksys manual. Did you even have a look at it?

Yeah, it doesn't get much more simplified than the Linksys quick start sheet with those big green numbers (steps) and pictures so you can't get it wrong.

Try to follow the steps. If you encounter problems, let us know and we'll take it from there. Just be sure to tells us what you've done and what hasn't worked for you so we know where to look.
