in windows unistaller neroxml doesnt show up but in Ccleaner it does

5 svchost.exe and zHotkey problem + neoxml

What is nero xml and why do i also have 5 svchost.exe
If neroxml is only showing up in ccleaner and not windows unistaller what does that mean
And why does when my computer start up it shows error for zHotkey with a report the problem. Can i fix the error?

Hi,

Your log is clean. It is normal to have a few svchost.exe's running on your system, unless it is running from C:\Windows, or it takes up alot of your system resources.

With regards to neroxml, it is probably related to an old software you used to use and have uninstalled. You can simply remove the entry from ccleaner.

I'm not sure about zHotkey; it is out of my area of expertise. Here is some information I can provide you. Perhaps some of the other members in our forum may know more.
