Installed ntune and ethernet stopped working

i have asus K8N-E (nforce3 250) mobo. I installed ntune and ethernet crashed. i looked driver properities there writes "this device cannot started(code:10)" and I uninstalled ntune and nothing changed,,,,,,

i reinstalled nforce3 drivers nothing again... i reinstall windows and while i m installing nforce drivers the same message appeared again["this device cannot started(code:10)"] ...

there is a exclamation mark on ethernet adapter... and is not working .... please help

When you say you installed ntune do you mean you ran the application? Installing it makes no difference as its a tune up program and should not affect the ethernet connection. You may have a hardware fault.
