Installing a P4 cpu

  1. i know a littlebit about computers i tried to install a pentium 4 processor in my a open mx46ls-v. and i won't kick in the video ir any one can help please do

    AOPEN site is very vague... But it appears to take PC133 RAM, so a newer 800MHz Pentium plain won't work, and probably the 533MHz ones as well.

    You are gonna have to google and see what it supports, I had a quick look & couldn't even find it listed on the A Open site.

    i have the manual to the board it supports a p4 2.8 ghz 533mhz but you have to change setting in the bios which i have done. everything else appears to work (keyboard, hdd mouse) except the video
