Installing Second Hard Drive Issue

I am running XP Home and have recently installed a new Hard Drive - installation was trouble free and I used Western Digital's software to copy my entire existing hard drive (partitioned into C: and D onto the new drive (partitioned into G: and H - no trouble there (apart from the 5 1/2 hours it took!) and I am now using the new drive as my Master, previous drive as Slave (which I will eventually wipe clean and use for back up).

All my programs are working fine, but when I went into the User Accounts area I got a Microsoft HTML Error and was exited back to the Control Panel screen. I have no trouble logging on through the User Accounts, I just can't get in to modify them or add/delete users.

Why is this happening and any suggestions for fixing?
