Hello All,
When i'm trying to install Windows XP I get the error code usually associated with invaild boot media (that it's installing from). I think this is due to me installing off a SATA DVD-ROM drive. Any ideas on how to make it work?
I've read in some threads about enabling ACPI or somthing?
Error Code: 0x0000007B (BSOD)
Specs:
ASUS P5K Premium WiFi/AP
Intel Q6600 @ 2.85GHZ
4GB Crucial Ballistix (tried 2GB as well)
2 x 160GB Samsung Spinpoint HDDs in RAID0
LG DVD ROM
And it's not to do with my RAID0 array as it makes no difference if I install the drivers or not. Also, the error happens after it's gone through the initial phase and starts to load the the interface (where you select recovery or not).
Any help would be amazing!
Thanks,
Alex.
