Insufficient memory error message

The memery I am using is the Kingmax 512 ddr400.
semperon2200+
kt600mainboard the winxp os

but there always shows the information'not enought memery' when i play some desk game.

why?
would someone like to tell me

I have solved the problem.Thanks everybody here.
Someone told me to set the virtual memory more than before.
For me ,it is 1500mb min.
My friend told me the virtual memory had better be 2 times bigger than your memoy.

If you have the similar problem,try it.
