Internet connection slow

Hi,

There may be a simple answer to this question. Our company LAN is separated into two office, the second office seems to have a slower service when accessing the internet to a point where its like waiting for the grass too grow.

Each office has its own server, a Linksys WAG54G router on ADSL 2 connection.

Any thoughts

Are you getting slow LAN or slow WAN or both.. WAN is your internet and the LAN is your office network.

How many nodes (systems) are you using in each office?
I take it you have a mixed environment both wired and wireless systems.

One office has six and the other office 10. Both environments are wired i have disabled wireless

No mainly everything is email based, and back up.

You have all the NIC set to Auto connect or did you change the setting to 100TX Full duplex? Make sure no one is set to 10TX. Check all the PCs and see what they connect at? What did you set the WAN too? Is it Auto or set to 10, 10/100 or 100? What type of bandwidth are you paying for business high speed or low speed?
