Internet Explorer 7 bug

I just installed IE7 on my Dell running XP Pro. Everytime I first launch IE, no photos or graphics will show on any page until I check the "Show Pictures" box in Tools > Internet Options > Adavanced > Show Pictures. This happens every time a restart the computer. Any sugestions?
