Internet Explorer problem

I have just baught a conxant adsl router and i got 2 pcs connected to it. everything is connected up and i can connect to the internet. i can use the aol software to brouse the net and i can use me other programs that use the net but my internet explorer is either not loading up pages tidy or not at all. search engines work but websites like hotmail or myspace wont work. im using the aol program atm but i have always used IE so if anyone can help me plz feel free to do so

Are you proxy settings configured right on IE for your network? Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings.

Easy solution: Firefox

Yea i did they set on atomaticly detect settings and i tried using firefox and that does the same
