Internet Explorer Problem

When I try to open IE, it just drops down to the tool bar and stays there, when it drops down, I cant open it up, but I can close it.

Any ideas.

One of these will work :

1.Restart the computer in Safe mode with Networking.

2.Empty IEs cache -

Run CCleaner if you have it, or Disk cleanup or look HERE

3.Disable add ons -

Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).

4.Turn off Java,Javascript,Active X

5.Go HERE follow all the steps, then post the logs in the Security forum.

6.Use Firefox or Opera instead of IE for general browsing.

7.Do the solution.
