Click start/run and type regsvr32 /u C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\SbCIe02a.dll into the run box and press the enter key.
Run HJT with no other programmes open. have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Window Title = Microsoft Internet Explorer
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {D714A94F-123A-45CC-8F03-040BCAF82AD6} - C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\SbCIe02a.dll
O9 - Extra button: SideStep - {3E230861-5C87-11D3-A1C6-00105A1B41B8} - C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\SbCIe02a.dll
Fix all 016-DPF entries.
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{F6D5A60B-C2BB-45D3-ACAF-8694CDF9A6C5}: NameServer = 66.73.20.40 206.141.193.55
Only fix this, if it doesn`t belong to your ISP.
Click on the fix checked button.
Close HJT.
Locate and delete the following bold files(if there).
C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\
SbCIe02a.dll
Reboot into normal mode and turn system restore back on.
