internet video mail advice needed

I need to transfer some video files to my email from another computer but they are over the 10mb file limit. Any tips on how to do this?

They are not huge but about 20mb each.

Why do you have to transfer them to your email?

There on the computer at work and its only a work station. Its not sensitive material. Just a couple of old videos of some fires/firetrucks.

There are no burners/disk drives here at work and the usb ports are turned off.

I can't mail them to me because they are over the 10 mb limit.

In that case, it would be much easier to use any file transfer service like RapidShare, YouSendIt, etc etc.
