Is it my motherboard?

The other day I left for work with my computer on, I come home and it's off, when I try to turn it back on the LED fans light up and then go back off. I ask if we had a power surge or anything and we didn't.

I did get it to boot up for about 30 seconds once and then it turned back off (unfortunately I didn't have the monitor turned on at the time) and haven't gotten anything since.

I noticed that the Ethernet LEDs are on still (and go out if I unplug the PSU) leading me to believe that it isn't my PSU that has gone bad.

Is there anything other than the motherboard that could cause my computer to act this way? I've only had it since the beginning of July.

Thanks for your help

Well, we couldn't exactly figure out what we were looking for to start the computer other than the power switch, so my friend looked up how to test if the power supply was working or not and we got no response from the PSU, so we believe that this is the problem, damned outsourced tech support I hate you. (at least I get a new mobo)

Thanks for your help :)
