Is My gfx card DirectX 9 compatible?

I have an Intel P4 845 AGPset. I use an ATI Rage 128 Pro 32 MB graphics card. Is My gfx card DirectX 9 compatible?

I could be wrong but it looks like it's not. Even if it is it will most likely not be able to handle and of the DX9 games. You will have to upgrade your graphic card and anything desent will cost you $100-$150.
