Help!!!!

those DirectX info don't tell us much ..
what processor do you have? how much memory ? what mobo?
all we know is you have onboard video and sound.. :(
which is a bad start.

Download a program like Everest Home Edition or SIW to check it out.

BTW, SIS onboard video cards aren't too good, probably you won't be able to play it well, unless you run the game at a low resolution, and low graphics details.

I don't think that onboard card supports T & L and DirectX 9. Both are game requirements.

A cheap solution out of that would be to buy a cheap video card, like a GeForce Fx series or something that supports DirectX 9.0. I don't think the user uses many harcore games...

A Radeon 9600 card would be fine for the game. But we need to know his system's specs first :)

Yes we need to know how Much RAM, CPU MHz or Ghz, Type of CpU such as AMD althlon or Intel celeron, etc. Harddrive space, operating system. To dinf out the cpu and ram go find my computer and right click and select properties then it should tell you. To find the harddrive space click on my computer then find Local Disk (C:) then right click properties then it should have a pie graph tell us how much you used and how much free space you have. Also I'm guessing your out of the United States becuase if your not I doubt your system can run this game unless It was upgraded ebcuase I take it it's a packard bell system and they went off the US market in 2000 but are very popular in the United Kingdom.
