Recently I have noticed a bit of a slowdown on my computer in general. I decided to "Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions". I went throught all of the steps upto step 11 (Scan with AVG Antirootkit) which reveals a (seemingly) randomly named hidden driver file ("E:\WINDOWS\System32\Drivers\anryjmsm.SYS"). I continued with some of the other steps which revealed nothing. Any help would be great and thanks in advance.
