Is my system infected? Help please.

Lately, my internet speed slowed down and I can't access some sites, which I could some time ago. I think my PC is infected but I'm not sure what to do. It will be a nice gesture from you to help me. Thanks.

It appears you do have a few problems, but while awaiting the help of Momok, Howard_Hopkinso and others, I would again run updates for Kaspersky and Spyware Doctor - both excellent, then run each of them normally, and again in Safe Mode as they should have removed most stuff troubling this install.
I would also download and run the free Adaware 2007 and SpyBot14 with all their updates.
Please post the brand and model of computer, OS, and memory installed.
You are obviously visiting some sites known for links to evil software, so you might want to rethink where you go.

Why ask about this obvious fix.

Do a Virus and Spyware scan.Isn't that obvious ?
Are you asking for recommended Scanners ?
Heres mine,It's not free but cheap and does it all.
