Is the MATRIX PSU a good one?

I have recently bought a 550W Power Supply Unit which has brand name MATRIX.

It looks kind of expensive and good to me .... but I was just wondering if it really is good like Enermax or Thermaltake or Seasonic ....

Could anyone please enlighten ....

Thanks

I've never heard of it. Must be one of those garbage low-quality PSUs. It'll work fine as long as you don't overload it. What rig are you gonna run on it?

But the power supply is kind of well furnished, heavy, has the big fan underneath, and lot's of connectors ... shiny black case ....

did I lose my money buying this then??

I'll be running Gigabyte G33 fsb 1333 motherboard
Intel Core2Duo e6750 fsb 1333 processor
2x1GB = 2GB UMAX DDRII-667 RAMs
500GB 7200RPM Hitachi HDD
30GB 5400RPM QuantumFireball HDD
IDE DVD Rom Drive
will be connecting a NorthBridge Fan and a extra system fan
and hopefully after two months an nVidia GeForce 8600 GTS PCI-express GPU card

What do you think? Am I overloading the PSU??
Please also analyze whether I made anything wrong in selection of any particular modules .... I don't plan to do overclocking just now ....
