Yeah, Task manager doesnt work in normal mode does work in Safe mode heres my hijack this log and you guys should really make a sticky explanation on what to do

Some other guys have better links than I do, but you definitely have a Gaobot infection and there's a removal tool here along with descriptions on how to deal with it.

With the possibility of a combination of 10's of thousands of registry entries how could it become a sticky ? ?
Each problem/machine is unique...
