Just asking for a quick run through of hjt log

i was searching for a way to get dreamscapes on windows vista and came across something, i ran a virus scan on the file after downloading it and my internet security program didnt pick up anything so i assumed it was safe, but lately i have noticed (only two times though) that i will get a warning message of some virus trying to access the internet to do something, i am currently running a full system scan now.
If it means anything the internet security i am using is kaspersky and my os is vista home premium.

well the virus scan completed and did not find anything.

it popped up again and the virus function that detects it is the web anti-virus and the virus it detects is trojan.win32.inject.pv. if i am correct in interpreting the virus is not on my system but keeps trying to gain access to it.
