Kaspersky online detects C:\Recycled\Q330995.exe

I apologise in advance, but I'm a complete newcomer to this sort of thing, so I don't really know what to do.

I did a search for viruses using kaspersky's online virus scanner, and it detected something in the C:\Recycled\Q330995.exe location.

It also listed the following description:

Trojan-Down...in32.Small.amb

Like I said, I'm a complete novice at this, so could you give me some advice, whatever you need from me, just tell me and I'll try to get it.

Just empty your Recycle Bin and it'll be gone forever.

I checked the recycle bin and it was empty, I chose to empty it again to be safe, then scanned again, now it's found these

the C:\Recycled\Q330995.exe is still there.

You will need to turn off System Restore and then re-run all your scans/fixes.

I would also suggest download and run Ewido. Grab the updates first then re-boot into Safe Mode and run it from there.
