Sharman and company have been dragged to court once again by over 30 Australian music labels, on "contempt of court" charges, which apparently stem from Kazaa's decision to block access to its file-sharing network as against installing the keyword filter.

In all honesty, this just seems silly to me. Kazaa, to my mind, have complied with the ruling by ceasing operations in Australia - and the music industry in Australia is beying for blood over this?

Well, this sounds like something similiar to Morpheus, if I may add my opinions. As we enter the age of new technology and developments, we can expect companies like Morpheus and Kazaa to exist. After all, someone has to profit from new ideas right?
