Keep getting BSOD

I read thread "Before Posting Mini Dumps" did most of what was said. Could not get memtest to boot. Could not defrag not only 6% left. My error codes are: 8/5 9:48, The server didnot register with dcom within required time. i think this ccxgui this didnot give me bsod, but was on computer management as error. 1000000D1, 00000000, 000000002, 000000008, 00000000 8/5 8:56, i think thid gave me bsod. If anyone can help would really apprecite it. Thanxxxx in advance!!!

All five dumps are caused by tm_cfw.sys, which is a Trend Micro firewall driver. See if there's an update available.
