Keyboard locked

I somehow locked my keyboard on my other computer, I can't type or do anything. I can use the mouse just not the keyboard. I have seen this before but can't remember what key combination to press that fixes it. Restarting doesn't work and swapping keyboards doesn't help.

Tob_Tob he locked the keyboard, not the computer, sounds more like he has locked access to the keyboard port somehow, but dont ask me, i have never heard of a method for locking a keyboard.

What type of keyboard is it, have you checked the manufacturers site for instructions.
