Keyboard problems or not?

its weird i cant enter the character j.k and l together and some other combinations.. but i can enter a,s,d together... why is that so???

eg.. asddsadsa <--- i entered them together...

while i tried with jkl... nth came out... any solutions to this problem??

Uninstall the keyboard in Device Manager, unplug it, restart the computer and let windows reinstall the keyboard.

i forgot to say... its a laptop keyboard....

first of all what laptop it is?
and second ,it can be a spyware,so scan your system for viruses and post back.
